Felicia's story
My work as an award-winning author of AWAKE: Poetry for the Healing grew out of my own journey through healing, and it showed me how powerful the right words can be at the right time. Author Apothecary & Bookstore (AAB) is the next chapter of that same mission, pairing the right reads with some comforting extras based on emotional need, not just genre, in a safe, inclusive bookstore in the heart of the city.
Outside of helping customers find the right books, AAB offers unique items like Reader Remedy Book Bundles. I’m motivated by turning reading into an accessible form of self-care—healing the community one book remedy at a time. My passion is building a welcoming, inclusive bookstore community in Oshkosh where every visit feels like a reset and every story has purpose.
