A loan of $15,000 helps a home and community-based services startup launch disability care operations in New Hampshire.

Webster's story
My name is Webster, and my journey has been guided by a deep calling to care for others and strengthen my community. I began my career in Massachusetts as an IT manager at the Professional Center for Child Development, where I supported teachers, therapists, and nurses, and by helping to facilitate the use of assistive technology to help children with disabilities communicate. That work showed me the power of combining compassion with practical tools to make life better for others.
When I moved to New Hampshire, I shifted into direct care. For six years, I worked with agencies like The Moore Center and Easterseals, housing and supporting adults with developmental disabilities and acquired brain disorders. It was meaningful work, but I also saw the painful reality of long waitlists that kept families from receiving approved services. That experience gave me both determination and vision — to create a provider agency that reduces barriers and delivers timely, person-centered support.
That’s why I founded HP Network. This is more than a business to me; it’s a mission to help people live with dignity, independence, and inclusion. With this Kiva loan, I will cover startup costs like insurance, equipment, and staffing so we can open our doors and begin serving families in need.
My dream is not just to build a company, but to build hope — creating opportunities for caregivers and making sure people with disabilities and their families are seen, supported, and cared for without delay.
